Order Processing Times
We’re on a mission: your order picked, packed, and ready to roll within 24 hours of you clicking ‘buy’. No snoozing here!
Order Dispatch Times
Once we’ve done our magic, we hand your squishy mail over to our speedy delivery and courier partners—normally within 24 hours from getting your order, except if it’s the weekend (we need our beauty sleep) or a public holiday (everyone’s at the beach). You’ll get a super-exciting email as soon as your order sets off on its adventure to you!
If things get held up and we find out about it, don’t worry! We’ll keep you in the loop and send carrier pigeon updates (okay, maybe just emails).
Sometimes, your squishy mail might take a little detour—think Christmas chaos or wild sales days like Black Friday and Cyber Monday etc. If its been a few days longer than you thought it should be, get in touch and we'll send out the search party (well, make a some calls to our delivery and courier partners) then we'll let you know what we find out.
In-store Pickup
Right now, we’re strictly online—no in-store pickup. Think of it as keeping things mysterious and magical.
How Can I Track My Order?
Once your squishy mail is on its way, we’ll send you a tracking email, so you can watch its journey from our door to yours. Sometimes, it takes up to 48 hours for tracking details to appear—like waiting for a kettle to boil, but less dramatic.
Delivery to PO Boxes
Sorry, our couriers can’t deliver to PO Boxes. They like doorsteps best!

International Shipping
All our goodies live at Unwind & Knit With Me HQ in Cheviot, North Canterbury, New Zealand—right where the magic happens!
Once you place your order, we’ll whisk it off to you using one of two trusty options:
- Economy SEMI-TRACKED Mail Service—Estimated arrival time is 5–10 days, but heads up: there’s no proof of delivery or receiver’s signature with this service. It’s a leap of faith, but we believe in happy endings!
- Economy TRACKED Mail Service—Also aiming for 5–10 days, with tracking so you can follow your parcel’s adventure. Still, no proof of delivery or receiver’s signature, but your parcel will be on its merry way!
Customs & Tax Fees
Customs and tax fees sometimes pop up on international orders—kind of like surprise guests at a party. These fees are set by your local customs office, so we don’t have any control over them (sadly, our magic wand doesn’t work for taxes!). Every country has its own rules, so we recommend checking with your local customs team to see if they’ll be rolling out the red tape for your parcel.
Just a heads up: any customs or tax fees are your responsibility, so keep an eye out for those sneaky extras!
