Ready to build your stash with premium yarns delivered regularly? Our subscription service gives you access to beautiful artisan yarns with 10% off every order, flexible delivery schedules, and the freedom to manage everything from your account.

We've started with Monthly deliveries, but if you're looking for a different delivery schedule, new schedules are easy to add. Just let us know what you're after and we'll have it added, quick as.

- Pick Random Selection and let me send you a surprise colour every time—think of it as a lucky dip for yarn lovers!

Prefer to steer the ship?
- Pick I'll Choose - Random and send me your list of colours and I’ll send them out in a random order; or
- Pick I'll Choose - Exact and send me your list of colours* and I’ll send them out in the exact order you want them—your wish is my command!

How Subscriptions Work

Getting Started

Browse our subscription products and choose the one that's right for you
Select your preferences (quantity, colour selection method)
Complete your first order at checkout
Your subscription begins, and you'll receive automatic deliveries based on your chosen colour selection method and delivery frequency

Managing Your Subscription

You're in complete control of your subscription through your customer account:

Pause: Take a break anytime and resume when you're ready
Skip: Skip an upcoming delivery if needed
Update: Change your delivery address or payment method
Cancel: Cancel anytime with immediate effect

To manage your subscription, simply log in to your account and click on "Subscriptions" to view all your active subscriptions.

Billing & Shipping

You'll be charged automatically before each delivery based on your selected frequency
Shipping is calculated at checkout and applies to each delivery
Your payment method is stored securely by Shopify
You'll receive email notifications before each billing cycle

Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your subscription at any time through your customer account. When you cancel, billing and delivery end immediately. If you'd prefer to temporarily pause your subscription instead, that option is also available.
