Refund policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from our store. If for any reason you are not happy with your yarn or knitting supplies, please review our Return and Refund Policy below.
Eligibility for Returns
- Items must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date.
- Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging and in resaleable condition.
- Skeins of yarn wound into a ball or cake are unable to be returned.
- Sale items and clearance products are not eligible for return or refund unless faulty.
- Gift cards are not eligible for return or refund.
- Custom or special orders are non-returnable unless defective.
Return Process
- Contact us at shop@unwindandknit.com with your order or invoice number and reason for return.
- Wait for confirmation and instructions before sending items back.
- Pack items securely to prevent damage during transit.
- Ship the items to the address provided by our team.
Please Note:
Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
We do not accept liability for returned goods lost or damaged in transit and recommend using a tracked delivery service.
Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
- Delivery/postage costs will not be refunded except in cases of faulty or incorrect items.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, contact us at shop@unwindandknit.com .
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive faulty, damaged, or incorrect items, please notify us within 7 days of receipt. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
